The ‘Anytime/Anywhere’ Workout

It’s amazing what some hotels call a ‘fitness facility’. Don’t let business travel, family vacations, gym renovations or a late night workout window prevent you from getting in a good, intense workout.
The following workout can be done anytime and anywhere. It’s perfect for doing in the hotel room using nothing but the desk chair.
Do the following full body workout by performing each exercise listed below in this order and then repeating three times.
• 10 Step Ups (each leg)
• 10 split squats (back foot resting on a chair)
• 15 Deep squat jumps
• 15 Push ups (rest or pause if needed)
• 15 Bench Dips
• 10 Lying Side Pushup (lay on your side and with your top arm, push your upper body up).
• 10 Close Grip push ups (hands 6 inches apart)
• 15 crunches
• 15 leg raises
Do this giant set one exercise after the next resting only when you get to the end of each set. Rest a couple of minutes, get a drink and perform the next set.
