Best Butt Blastin’ Workout

No, you can’t spot reduce fat on your behind, but you can add a little muscle to give it that nice round shape that every woman wants.  

Perform the following workout once per week along with your other training split, including your leg workout which will also give your glutes a good blast.  Be sure to go low when doing your squats and lunges.

NOTE: When you see the number of reps decrease for an exercise, that doesn't mean take it easy.  It means increase your weight so that you struggle to complete that last rep.
