Herb Dip


This homemade dip is one that's been in my family for a long time.  Personally, I find the best dip is the dip that you make yourself.  No preservatives and full of the healthy ingredients you decide to include. 

Perfect as a vegetable or pita dip, you should be able put this together rather quickly.  Just note that you will need to use our own yogurt cheese as a key ingredient. 

(for veggies and baked pita chips)


1 cup yogurt cheese
1 shallot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch sea salt
Pinch pepper

Combine in a bowl and serve alongside your fav crudites. This also makes an excellent topping on a whole grain bagel, instead of cream cheese.
